If you are unable to attend your course due to illness, injury, a medical issue, a death, or any other reason outlined in the General Terms and Conditions, the contractually owed costs will be reimbursed.

The services are subject to the General Terms and Conditions of Secure Course Cancellation (PDF). The insurance premium amounts to 4.5% of the course fee.
