As the course name says, Aquarobic is aerobics in the water.

The intensity is usually higher than in a conventional water gymnastic lesson.

Aerobic exercises are performed and accompanied by motivating music.


Thanks to the element of water, Aquarobic is joint-friendly, stimulates the blood circulation, strengthens the muscles, due to the high resistance, and increases your endurance.

The risk of injury (especially important for unfit and overweight individuals) is very low, as the movements underwater are relatively slow.

Through weights tied to legs or hips the intensity can be raised.


Aquarobic is suitable for every age and every grade of fitness- even for non-swimmers!
